    - the step-by-step procedure for pararhinostomy;

    - the step-by-step procedure for rhinotomy and rhinostomy;

  • Surgery of the Eye (following Dental Disease) (52 min.)

    This advanced and visually-oriented extensive lecture focuses on surgical techniques for treament of pathologic conditions of the eye associated with dental disease. It includes subtopics as follows:

    - the surgical anatomy of the eye;

    - prolapse of the deep gland of the third eyelid;
